CONTINUOUS COOK  SYSTEM (CSC2000)

This Continuous  cooking system consists of a coil cooker with a vacuum extraction system.
The coil cookers has for small capacities <1000  kg/hour one coil for largere capacity 2 coils with a feed pump are supplied.
The cooking happens under pressure, due to this technique heat sensitive products as gelatine can be cooked together with the syrup.
There are different types of coils all made out of stainless steel.
After cooking the syrup is cooled down by means of the vacuum, due to the vaccum applied evaporation takes places faster and more reliable.
